JetBuzz Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistani Players

Welcome to JetBuzz. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between JetBuzz ("we", "us", "the platform") and you, the registered user ("you", "the player", "the account holder"), in respect of all services provided through the JetBuzz website at jetbuzz.life and any related mobile or browser-based interfaces.

JetBuzz is an online gaming platform built specifically for Pakistani players. Our services include but are not limited to online slots, Aviator, Andar Bahar, virtual sports, esports betting, fishing games, live dealer tables and any other games or features added to the JetBuzz platform from time to time. All services are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

By completing registration on JetBuzz, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register or use the JetBuzz platform. Your continued use of JetBuzz following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

To register and maintain an active account on JetBuzz, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of JetBuzz. We operate a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• You must be registering from a location where accessing online gaming platforms of this nature is not expressly prohibited under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer or immediate family member of a JetBuzz employee or of any game provider whose content appears on the platform.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from JetBuzz or from any other gaming platform through a shared exclusion scheme that extends to JetBuzz.
• You must be acting in your own personal capacity — corporate entities, trusts and other non-individual legal structures may not hold JetBuzz accounts.
• You must be capable of entering into legally binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

Providing false information during registration — including misrepresentation of your age — is a serious breach of these Terms. JetBuzz will void any winnings accrued by an ineligible account and will return the original deposit amount net of any bonuses claimed. Legal action may be taken in cases of deliberate fraud.

Each player is entitled to hold exactly one JetBuzz account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same payment method, or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When you register with JetBuzz, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. If any of your registration details change, you must update them via your account settings or by contacting support.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JetBuzz login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. JetBuzz will treat any action taken using your login details as having been authorised by you, unless you have reported a security compromise to us in advance of the activity occurring.

• Use a strong, unique password for your JetBuzz account — do not reuse passwords from other services.
• Log out of your JetBuzz account when using shared or public devices.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to support@jetbuzz.life immediately.
• Do not allow any other person to use your JetBuzz account, regardless of your relationship with that person.

JetBuzz may at any time request additional verification documents as part of standard KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures. This is a normal part of operating a responsible gaming platform and is not an indication of wrongdoing on your part. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by JetBuzz may result in a temporary hold on withdrawals until verification is completed.

JetBuzz accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All deposits must originate from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Third-party funding of JetBuzz accounts is not permitted.

Deposits made to JetBuzz are generally credited to your wallet balance within seconds for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay. IBFT bank transfers may take up to 2 hours to reflect, depending on your bank's processing times. If a deposit has not appeared in your JetBuzz wallet within 3 hours, contact support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

• Only deposit amounts you can comfortably afford to lose — JetBuzz is entertainment, not a financial strategy.
• Deposit funds are not held in interest-bearing accounts. JetBuzz does not pay interest on player balances.
• JetBuzz reserves the right to refuse, reverse or hold any deposit that triggers our fraud or anti-money laundering detection systems pending investigation.
• Deposits made through stolen payment accounts or methods will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to the relevant authorities.

You may withdraw your available balance from JetBuzz at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name — the same name on your JetBuzz account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal, JetBuzz requires identity verification to be completed. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement. You will be asked to provide a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). This is a one-time process — once verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed without repeat documentation requests unless circumstances change.

• Withdrawal requests submitted during standard business hours are processed fastest. JetBuzz support operates 24/7 but bank processing times are outside our control.
• Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements are not withdrawable until requirements are satisfied.
• JetBuzz may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request if it triggers fraud detection protocols, pending a manual review. You will be notified within 24 hours if this occurs.
• In cases where JetBuzz identifies irregular betting patterns before a withdrawal, we reserve the right to conduct an account review of up to 5 business days before processing the payment.

JetBuzz offers promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers and other incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are clearly communicated at the time the offer is presented. By claiming any bonus, you accept both these general Terms and the specific terms of that individual promotion.

Each bonus on JetBuzz carries a wagering requirement — this is the amount you must wager before bonus funds become withdrawable as real money. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports-type games), expiry windows and maximum bet limits whilst a bonus is active are all stated in the specific promotional terms and must be read before claiming any bonus.

• One bonus per player, per promotion — using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times is treated as fraud.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• JetBuzz reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited and being actively wagered will be honoured under its original terms.
• If JetBuzz determines that a player is using a betting strategy designed specifically to exploit bonus terms (commonly called "bonus abuse"), the bonus will be forfeited and the player's account may be reviewed.
• Bonuses will expire if wagering requirements are not met within the time period stated in the offer — expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically.

All games available on JetBuzz — including slots, Aviator, Andar Bahar, virtual sports, esports markets, live dealer games and fishing games — use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer titles, physical randomisation mechanisms (shuffled decks dealt by trained croupiers). JetBuzz cannot alter, override or influence any game outcome under any circumstances.

In the event of a technical malfunction — a server disconnect, a game crash, a display error or a payment processing error — the outcome of the affected round will be determined by reference to the recorded server-side game data. The server's recorded outcome is considered authoritative. If a round cannot be resolved from server data, the round will be voided and your stake returned.

• It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection before placing bets. JetBuzz is not responsible for session interruptions caused by your device or network provider.
• Bets placed and confirmed are final. Once a round has commenced and your bet is confirmed in the JetBuzz system, it cannot be cancelled or adjusted.
• Maximum bet limits apply on some games and during active bonus periods. These limits are stated in the game interface and in bonus terms respectively.
• JetBuzz reserves the right to void bets placed during periods when obvious pricing errors or technical faults have occurred — for example, where a game displayed incorrect odds due to a software error.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on JetBuzz. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately. All balances — including deposits and pending withdrawals — will be withheld pending investigation and may be permanently forfeited where fraud or criminal activity is established.

• Operating multiple accounts — registering more than one JetBuzz account, whether using your own details or those of another person.
• Providing false information — misrepresenting your identity, age, location or any other personal detail at registration or during KYC verification.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information to gain unfair advantage, or split winnings in ways designed to circumvent terms.
• Bonus abuse — systematically exploiting promotional terms, including the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies or staking patterns designed purely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
• Chargebacks — initiating a payment dispute or chargeback through your bank or payment provider in respect of a legitimate JetBuzz deposit. This constitutes attempted theft and will result in permanent account closure and legal action.
• Use of automated tools — using bots, scripts, automated betting software or any non-human mechanism to interact with JetBuzz games or services.
• Money laundering — using JetBuzz to process funds from illegal activities. JetBuzz is fully compliant with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious financial activity to the relevant Pakistani authorities.
• Hacking or exploitation — attempting to access areas of the JetBuzz platform you are not authorised to access, exploit software vulnerabilities, or interfere with the proper functioning of any game or system.

JetBuzz is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a way to make money, solve financial problems or cope with stress. We recognise that a small number of players may develop problematic gaming habits, and we take our role in identifying and supporting those players seriously.

Every JetBuzz account holder has access to the following responsible gaming tools, available directly within account settings at all times:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits — set a maximum play duration per session. You will be notified when your limit is approaching and automatically logged out when it is reached.
• Loss limits — cap the amount you can lose over a defined period before JetBuzz prevents further play in that window.
• Cool-off periods — take a break of 24 hours, 48 hours, one week or up to six weeks. During a cool-off, your account remains open but you cannot deposit or play.
• Self-exclusion — permanently exclude yourself from JetBuzz. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum of 6 months. JetBuzz will not send promotional material to self-excluded players.

All content on the JetBuzz platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, brand name, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, data compilations and the JetBuzz name itself — is owned by or licensed to JetBuzz and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in your use of the JetBuzz platform grants you any right, title or interest in any of this content beyond a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or modify any JetBuzz content without our prior written consent.
• Game content on JetBuzz is owned by the respective game providers. Their content is licensed to JetBuzz and is subject to the providers' own intellectual property rights.
• The JetBuzz brand, logo and domain name are proprietary. Unauthorised use of our branding — including in social media profiles, affiliate schemes or marketing materials — without express written permission is prohibited.

JetBuzz collects and processes personal data as part of providing its services to you. The types of data collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, and your rights in respect of your data are all detailed in our Privacy Policy. By registering with JetBuzz, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in that document.

JetBuzz does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors necessary to facilitate your transactions, with game providers where required to deliver the game experience, and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where we are legally required to do so. All data shared with third parties is protected under data processing agreements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JetBuzz's total liability to you in connection with the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise — shall be limited to the value of the funds held in your JetBuzz account at the time the relevant claim arises.

JetBuzz shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings or opportunity, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the JetBuzz platform.
• Platform unavailability caused by factors outside JetBuzz's reasonable control, including internet outages, natural disasters, government action or cyberattacks.
• Loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Decisions made by you in respect of your gaming activity — you place all bets on JetBuzz voluntarily and accept the inherent risk of financial loss in doing so.

Nothing in these Terms limits JetBuzz's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

JetBuzz reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Your account has been involved in fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity.
• Continuing to operate your account would expose JetBuzz to legal or regulatory risk.
• Your account has been compromised by an unauthorised third party and closure is necessary to protect your funds.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, JetBuzz will inform you via your registered email address and will aim to complete the investigation within 14 business days. Where closure is permanent following a confirmed breach of these Terms, JetBuzz will return any legitimate remaining balance (net of voided bonuses and fraudulent gains) within 30 days.

You may also close your JetBuzz account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be actioned within 5 business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

JetBuzz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on their JetBuzz account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor changes — such as clarifications, corrections of typographical errors or updates that do not affect your rights — may be made without prior notice.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is shown at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the JetBuzz platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept an amendment, you should close your account before the changes take effect.

JetBuzz aims to resolve all queries and complaints promptly and fairly. If you raise a dispute and feel it has not been handled to a satisfactory standard after going through our internal complaints process, details of any applicable external escalation options will be provided to you at that stage.
